Shipping policy

We send our goods via Royal Mail tracked service. This is a 48 hour tracked service. 

Please note-  Royal Mail does not provide a fully tracked service. When the item states it has been received at the post office this does not mean it is still sitting there. The tracking system will only update once delivered or attempted delivery has been made. We do not take any responsibility if your parcel has been lost by the courier and it is your responsibility to locate your parcel with them. We will however help you make a claim. 

At this moment in time we are only shipping inside the United Kingdom.
